Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Dos Punts, you may request an exchange or a return.
To do so, please email us at hola@dospuntsestudi.com indicating your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
You must notify us of your intention to return the product within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the order. Once notified, the package must be sent within the following 14 days. Shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once received, we will issue a refund for the product within a maximum of 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged items
If any item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, you must contact us immediately by email at hola@dospuntsestudi.com, attaching photographs of both the packaging and the contents. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
You must report the issue within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the order. It is also necessary to keep all original packaging.
